Woodland Connection is a free six-week nature therapy course run by We Get It at Bath City Farm. The course offers anyone living with or beyond cancer a chance to spend time in nature and reconnect with themselves in a small, supportive group.
The sessions include mindful moments and opportunities for connection as well as creative activities run by We Get It’s Wellbeing Lead Sue Judge and local Art Psychotherapist Samantha Hickman.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment or living beyond cancer, this is a space where you can simply show up as you are and enjoy the proven benefits of nature therapy.
The sessions will be held on Tuesday mornings, 10.00am–12:30pm, from Tuesday 2 June until Tuesday 7 July at Bath City Farm. The course is completely free to attend and sessions are in a small, supportive (maximum of 10 people).
We Get It is a Bath-based cancer support charity offering free wellbeing activities, social events and peer support, bringing together welcoming community of people living with or beyond cancer.
