Artists in and around Batheaston opened their studio doors for the first time in 2021, offering an art trail event for visitors and residents of all ages, to inspire the artist in all of us by showcasing the amazing talent they have living in the village.
Entry to the trail is free, and a colourful brochure and map is provided to help visitors find their way from one exhibition venue to another. Many of the artists display their work in their own studios and workspaces, giving an insight into the making process.
The art trail also includes a host of local venues, such as Batheaston New Village Hall, St John's Church, Batheaston Youth Club, Batheaston Scout Hall & Rhymes Pavilion and several workshops will be on offer. Check back regularly and on our social media for more details about workshops, and all the art trail news.
Batheaston Art Trail is part of the Bath Open Studios (BOS), a collaborative group representing and promoting artists who live in Bath. BOS is committed to supporting Bath artists while also raising the profile of art trails as a recognised outlet for the presentation of art and craft.
