Choose your challenge: 💥 DEKA STRONG — 10 functional zones, no running. A pure test of strength and endurance. 💥 DEKA ATLAS — 10-zone functional strength test with a 30-minute time cap, to highlight well-rounded strength and strong work-capacity engine.

We’ll have heats running throughout the day, great tunes, coffee, and plenty of Rustiq community spirit.
