Join us for a special evening of gentle movement and quiet reflection in the Abbey. Together, we will move our bodies, calm our minds, and open our hearts – connecting to a deeper sense of peace in a challenging world.
This embodied practice is open to everyone. All bodies and all backgrounds are warmly welcome – whether you come with faith, curiosity, or none at all.
