The Ridings in Chipping Sodbury is a key recreational area and sports facility owned by the Chipping Sodbury Town Trust. It features grass football/rugby pitches, a 5km running course, and a 900-metre all-weather path frequently used for walking, running, and by the local parkrun.

It also plays host to some major events and, as of 2025, the Good Times Live music festival
