Bath Film Festival celebrates its 35th year with ten days of international cinema, previews, and unforgettable events across Bath.

Highlights include advance screenings of Die, My Love (Lynne Ramsay with Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson), Brendan Fraser in Rental Family, Jodie Foster in Private Life, Rose Byrne in If I Had Legs, I’d Kick You, and Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere starring Jeremy Allen White. Ralph Fiennes opens the festival with The Invisible Woman plus Q&A, while Benedict Cumberbatch stars in The Thing With Feathers with local author Max Porter in conversation.

Beyond the cinema, Bath itself becomes the stage. Under the eerie Colonnades, Wild Swimmers introduces Ric Rawlins’ supernatural Avon-set thriller in one of the city’s most atmospheric spaces. Stanley Tucci’s foodie favourite Big Night is paired with a lavish Italian meal created by Bath Community Kitchen, blending film and feasting in true festival style. And at Roseberry Road Studios, Move Ya Body: The Birth of House takes audiences from screen to dancefloor with Leap & Dance Party and a chillout space of visuals and music, celebrating the roots of club culture.

With the IMDb Awards, Industry Day, Pay What You Can tickets, relaxed screenings and F-Rated retrospectives, Bath Film Festival 2025 is the South West’s most inclusive and unmissable celebration of cinema.
