Impulse: Playing with Reality is an award-winning mixed reality experience narrated by Tilda Swinton that brings the inner world of ADHD to life. Combining documentary storytelling with interactive gameplay, it offers four powerful perspectives on living with the condition. Each story reveals a different way of navigating life post-diagnosis, capturing both the struggles and creativity that define ADHD.

Visitors are guided through the experience with VR headsets, blending animation, interactivity and lived testimony in an immersive 40-minute session. Expect to be thrown into the intensity, inventiveness and vulnerability of minds working at full tilt chaotic, exhausting, yet rich with possibility.

Afterward, a reflection space allows time to process the themes and responses of others who have taken part. With limited capacity and a sliding-scale ticket price, it’s an intimate encounter designed to shift perspectives, challenge assumptions and foster empathy.
