Neeld Community & Arts Centre

The recent refurbishment and improvement project, by Chippenham Town Council, has transformed this beautiful Victorian forum into a modern venue with comfortable tiered seating, a brand new bar area and top quality sound and light equipment. The Neeld refurbishment scheme has also seen the front of house area of the adjoining Town Hall improved to provide a multi-purpose customer services and venue lobby/box office.

The next phase of refurbishment will see changes made to the entrance from Borough Parade car park; a new foyer area with Box Office open throughout the day for coffees and community use, due to open in late Spring of 2023.

The artistic programming offers high quality, bold and challenging shows for all ages – an exciting new entertainment offer for Chippenham while ensuring ticket prices are affordable and accessible.

The venue can also be hired. It is an extremely flexible space which makes it perfect to host a great variety of events and performances from concerts, theatre plays to private functions and community shows.
