Enterprise Park 1 (EP1) in Bristol is the University of the West of England’s repurposed former Hewlett-Packard building, purchased in 2018.   It sits on the Frenchay Campus within the University Enterprise Zone, designed to provide “grow-on” space for scale-ups and established businesses.   Spanning around 124,274 sq ft across three floors, it includes flexible serviced offices, high-quality infrastructure, good parking and access.   The aim is to bridge the gap for companies that have outgrown incubators, linking business, research and innovation to boost jobs and regional economic growth.
