Bristol Vegan Fayre returns to Document in Bristol on June 20th this year, meaning a summer solstice vegan festival right in the heart of Bristol for the first time, drawing crowds from across the south west for an event which sees up to 100 independent traders alongside 2 talks rooms, DJ booth and outdoor stage featuring live music and comedy at this much-loved event.

With a long tradition for hosting vegan festivals in Bristol with an emphasis on live music and entertainment going back some 23 years ago, Bristol Vegan Fayre has been held at Document since 2023 and it’s fitting that this one will be on the solstice weekend. ‘My first festival in 1981 aged 18 was at Stonehenge on the solstice’ says organiser Tim Barford, ‘and I fell in love with festivals then. Bristol Vegan Fayre effectively traces its roots back to Stonehenge Free Festival and it’s a pleasure to be hosting Bristol Vegan Fayre on the summer solstice this year. And with no Glastonbury in 2026, there’s an emphasis on entertainment, music and comedy at our event which is set to attract up to 2,000 people this year.’
