An Italian in Somerset. Located on the Hauser & Wirth Somerset estate, the Da Costa restaurant pays homage to the small mountainous village of Rivamonte Agordino in the Veneto region of Northern Italy and acknowledges the similarities with the verdant county of Somerset.

The menu explores traditional northern Italian cooking through a contemporary lens, offering Set Lunch, Set Dinner, and à la carte options. Featuring an array of antipasti, homemade pastas and risottos and daily specials cooked over fire in the centre of the restaurant. The wine list comprises a global selection of 100 bins with a strong emphasis on Italian & British small domain producers using best practice viticulture, including wines from Durslade Farm’s own vineyards.
