Her approach blends the science of nutrition with the energetic wisdom of kinesiology, Jin Shin acupressure and the gentle support of homeobotanical remedies to address the root causes of imbalance — whether physical, emotional, or biochemical. Maria believes that the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right conditions. She helps clients move from fatigue, stress, and chronic symptoms to renewed energy and wellbeing — with practical, sustainable steps that fit real life.
Heidi grew up on the South Side of Chicago, surrounded by the compassion and conviction of her parents, both paediatricians deeply involved in the Civil Rights and Peace Movements of the 1960s and ’70s. As an intuitive and empathetic child, she found in them powerful role models whose dedication to service shaped her and her two brothers profoundly. Inspired by this upbringing, Heidi has spent her adult life exploring shamanic and ancient healing traditions and has trained in Reiki and Feng Shui, weaving together practices that honour both energy and environment.
