A young underground boxer, Reese, coached by his strict mother, wants more from life than just fighting for an oppressive “community", The Group. After taking a liking to clubgoer Lewis, Reese battles between wanting to live freely and dealing with high expectations and surviving in the ring. How long can he keep fighting? Will he stand up and fight for himself?
This story of relentless survival is told through movement, freestyle dance, spoken word poetry and stage combat.
