
Bistro Chef’s ‘Super Club’ (named with Chef Christophe’s French sens de l’humor!) is back on Friday 26th September at 7:15pm 🍷
Following the success of our previous supper clubs, we are so excited to invite you to join us in September for another night of exquisite food. This event will be truly 'super' 😉 so be sure not to miss it!
The menu features:
- Quail egg vol-au-vent with spinach and hollandaise
- Seared duck breast teriyaki with hazelnuts, mooli and kumquat
- Partridge two ways with cider sabayon, pear, crème fraiche and star anise
- Dolmis of venison with brandy jus and pommes fondants
- Claquos du Chef
- Tarte Tatin flambée
£65 per person, you will get to enjoy Christophe and Fred prepare dishes that showcase more than four decades of professional experience
