Our 'Sunday Reset'
Restorative yoga, based on the Iyengar yoga tradition and further developed by physical therapist Judith Hanson Lasater, is a system that gradually encourages you to open the body while prompting the parasympathetic nervous system to come online and initiate a healing response. Classes consist of only a few postures, well supported by props, and held for longer periods.
In short, the Restorative 'Sunday Reset' class creates a safe space to relax, self-regulate and settle into a state of internal awareness.
