Individuals are invited to enter a free prize draw to win lunch for two people at THE PIG-near Bath.
By entering this prize draw, each entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. nearfield reserves the right to exclude any person from entering the prize draw or receiving the prize if they are in breach of these terms and conditions.
The closing date for entry is 30 September 2024. The winner will be selected at random using computer software and notified by 2 October 2024.
The prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2024, and dates are subject to availability.
The prize draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom only, and only those aged 18+ are eligible to take part in the prize draw. Winners will be asked to verify they are aged 18+.
Employees of nearfield or their immediate families or any person or entity associated with the administration of the prize draw are not permitted to enter.
The prize draw is free to enter. No purchase necessary.
All decisions made by nearfield in relation to the prize draw shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Any person who is suspected to have entered more than once will have their entry withdrawn from the prize draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not completed or received for whatever reason.
The winner will be notified by email. Should the winner not respond to the email or claim the prize after 14 days from notification, a runner-up will be awarded the prize and notified by email.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Any cost associated with entering the competition is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
Except where competition entrants have given their permission, any personal data which an entrant submits in the course of entering the prize draw shall be processed by nearfield only to select a prize draw winner and will be deleted from all nearfield systems once a winner has been selected and has received their prize.
