Our pottery studio at Windmill Hill City Farm offers a welcoming space for all levels—whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned ceramicist. Join our Open Studio Sessions to work on your own clay projects in a relaxed, supportive environment, with full access to studio equipment and materials. These sessions are self-directed, meaning tuition isn’t included, but one of our experienced team members will always be on hand to offer guidance or answer questions if you need a bit of support. Whether you're honing your wheel-throwing skills, experimenting with handbuilding, or simply enjoying some creative downtime, our studio is here to support your pottery journey. What’s Included: 3-hour studio session Handbuilding tools, and workspace Use of our house stoneware clay A wide selection of glazes available for self-guided glazing Firing and glazing service available at £5 per finished piece Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks—but please follow safe pottery studio practices when doing so.
