Groove Village returns to Weston-super-Mare for its second year, bringing more than 40 emerging and original acts to nine independent venues around Grove Village, just a few minutes from the seafront.

Following a sold-out debut in 2025, the seaside alternative music festival is getting bigger while keeping its best feature intact: the chance to discover brilliant new artists playing up close in small, characterful spaces.

This year’s hand-picked line-up moves through post-punk, indie, garage rock, folk, hip hop, electronica, noise, disco and plenty that sits somewhere between the cracks. Highlights include Voka Gentle, CHROMA, Knives, Jodie Langford, Langkamer, Hot Face, Vanity Fairy, YAANG and Bristol’s M/X, alongside a healthy crop of southwest talent.
