Returning to Bristol 21 years and eight albums after their last visit, Kings of Leon will headline Ashton Gate Stadium on Sunday, June 23rd 2024.

The multi-platinum, multi-award winning rock band return to the UK this year and will play Bristol as part of their Can We Please Have Fun World Tour. Earlier this week the band announced their highly anticipated ninth full-length studio album, ‘Can We Please Have Fun’, which will be released on May 10 via Polydor Records.

Since their debut in 2003, Kings of Leon – brothers Caleb (guitar/vocals), Nathan (drums) and Jared Followill (bass), and their cousin Matthew Followill (guitar) – have sold over 20 million albums and nearly 40 million singles worldwide.

The iconic Nashville based alternative rock band have toured all over the world, playing at stadiums and arenas and headlining major festivals including Glastonbury, Coachella, Lollapalooza and Reading & Leeds on three separate occasions. They have three Grammy Awards, three NME Awards, two BRIT Awards, and one Juno Award.

All of the band’s last six albums – ‘Because of the Times’ (2007), ‘Only by the Night’ (2008), ‘Come Around Sundown’ (2010), ‘Mechanical Bull’ (2013), ‘WALLS’ (2016) and ‘When You See Yourself’ (2021) – have debuted at Number One in the UK Album charts.
