Step away from your screen - and into real life. Join our founders for a relaxed, screen-free Sunday morning workshop designed to help you reflect, reset and design your offline life.
Every hour spent lost to endless scrolling is a moment of curiosity, creativity, or life experience slipping through your fingers. We’re giving up so many precious days a year, buried under the glow of notifications - and we don’t even notice. It’s time to break the autopilot.
Enter your lifeline, a Digital Detox Co-founder run practical workshop with Nicola MacDonald - Resilience Coach, Accredited Mindfulness Lead, and mental-health advocate - forging stronger minds and healthier habits. And Laura Hughes, Accredited Life Coach, Digital Well-being Speaker, and master of digital boundaries, here to help you rediscover joy offline and reclaim your focus.
Together, they’ll expose how your phone is quietly stealing your life - and guide you, intentionally and boldly, toward what really matters.
