The project of Bristol-based musician Emily Perry, whose smoky, vibrato-rich vocals oat over ethereal indie-folk. Pem’s debut EP Cloud Work, released on Bristol’s Fascination Street label, first put her on the map, and her intimate indie stylings, often compared to Big Thief’s Adrianne Lenker, continue on her latest release, Milk Blue, which features gentle piano and string embellishments.
