Digital Detox Club present an opportunity to escape the midweek grind and rediscover your inner calm at Campwell Farm’s sauna. We’ll kick off with a gentle grounding circle before stepping into the wood-fired sauna, letting the heat melt away screen-induced tension. Then, brave the invigorating cold dip (or take in the farm view from the warming bench!) before gathering around the fire pit for warming drinks, shared stories, and the glow of genuine human connection.

What’s included:

45 min wood-fired sauna session

Hot herbal drinks & cosy fire-pit vibes

A small group (max 8) for an intimate, tech-free experience

Spaces are limited to keep the energy calm and welcoming, book your spot and give yourself permission to unplug, unwind, and reconnect. Please note this is for adults aged 18+.

What to bring:

Swimwear, 2 towels (one to sit on and one to dry off with), a full water bottle, a pair of flip flops to use in the outdoor shower might be useful but not essential.
