Come and join us outside this October half-term for some outdoor fun. The children's activity for 5+ will be in the Paddocks at Beckford's Tower based on the bats that fly around at night in the landscape.
Use your creative skills to make our own bats to take home!
The workshop will take place in the landscape of Beckford's Tower in the paddocks. Please be aware the ground can be uneven and suitable outdoor clothing is advised. All children must be accompanied by an Adult (please select a Adult ticket when booking - this is to ensure numbers).
You will have access to Beckford's Tower and Museum during this time. Walk up the pink spiral staircase to the Belvedere which looks out on the landscape in all directions.
Booking is essential.
Parking is available in the Grotto car park near the paddock, opposite Granville Road (furthest away from Tower). We have three standard visitor car park spaces plus one blue badge space at the Grotto car park. Alternatively, you can park in the laybys on Lansdown Road.
The Museum is located on the first floor of the Tower building and access is up a flight of stairs. The Tower itself has 154 steps to the Belvedere at the top.
