How we fuel our bodies can have a huge impact on how we feel in the short term but can also impact our longer-term health. Food really is medicine, but it is also there to be celebrated and enjoyed.

In our one-day workshop, we will be guiding you through expert knowledge, inspiring you in the kitchen and giving you tips, hacks and recipes. Our advice is rooted in the latest science, and we aim to cut through the confusion and misinformation of the wellness world.

It is never too late to make small, impactful changes, and this workshop gives you the foundations to build positive changes to your health.

  • A focus on positive nutrition and learning about the benefits of a diverse and inclusive diet.

  • We will explore areas of metabolic health, such as taking a closer look at fats and blood sugar control.

  • Look at how to eat to feel good and maximise energy.

  • We will dive into all things gut health in our fermentation workshop.

  • Discussion around how to achieve health behaviour changes and maintain healthy habits.

  • Small group size allows for detailed discussions and time within the day for individual questions.

Itinerary:

10:00 am Meet and greet with a immune support shot

10:15-11:30 First talk from nutritionist Dr Alice and Q&A session

11:30 Cooking demo with Chef Ali - incorporating gut-healthy ingredients into everyday cooking.

12:30 Lunch

2 pm Farm walk

2:30 pm Fermentation workshop

3:30 pm Second talk from nutritionist Alice and Q&A

4pm finish
